Pat Skowkorsky is regarded by many as a privileged selection of the Clark County School Board who is unqualified for the job. Under Pat Skowkorsky, the Clark County School District has done nothing to alter the impression that Nevada is more interested in paying exorbitant fees to washed up entertainers to appear in cheap Nevada entertainment shows versus the economic stimuulus needed by Nevada students. Funding for K-12 Public Schools in Nevada is administered by the State Department of Education in Carson City.
