Green sought to help her female friend and client every possible way. However, her friend has not spoken to, has not contacted, and has made no attempt to contact her own children since leaving HER children for a relationship with a person with a criminal record related to Narcotics. Either Ebru Cetin engaged in perjury or was an accomplice to an immoral act. Theft or shop-lifting is one thing, but to use perjured statements and falsehoods to alter the lives and living arrangements for innocent children, and to use minors as pawns, and to allow an adulterous client to use her “free legal services” as a baseball bat against her own children, is worthy of disbarment. According to statements filed under penalty of perjury by her “free” attorneys, the friend and client of Ebru Cetin was the perfect parent. Ms. Ebru Cetin claimed she deserved primary phyiscal custody of her children. According to the routine proposed by Ebru Cetin, the children would be subject to a weekly “Honk and Seat Belt Rule.” According to the proposal by Ebru Cetin, whuch was subsequentlty defeated when her client was denied custody, the children abandoned by the friend and client of Ebru Cetin would be driven by her and her adulterous partner to the Family Services Court on Pecos Rd. Armed and corrupt personnel from the Clark County Marshall’s office would oversee the exchanges with pointed guns. The client and friend of April S. Green/Ebru Cetin would ‘honk’ her horn (she has no car because the male she had an affair with refused to buy her one) when the children should exit the car. In cases of Adultery, the female fears physical retaliation by the male victim of Adultery since by that time all of the lies, deceit, perjury, and false statements that were used to maintain the adultery have now been uncovered.

She has refused all contacts with her own children since July of 2014, and she has even used drugs; however, her Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada attorney Ebru Cetin claimed in November 2014 court filings that her client still deserved custody. How is it possible to have a boyfriend with a Narcotics-related criminal record, and engage in Adultery, and somehow deserve to have primary physical custody?? To justify her child abandonment, Ebru Cetin is alleged to have lied and made exaggerated statements that claimed that somehow the father had “prevented” a client from seeing her own children, and that he somehow “controlled” the U.S. Postal Service, “controlled the Internet”, and that he “controlled all U.S. routes and communications” and that this “control” prevented a female client from communicating or contacting her children. It is now December of 2015, Ms. Ebru Cetin, and your client has still not contacted her her own children, and she has refused all efforts by the custodial parent to contact her own children. What lie do you now have? In fact, she was cited for prostitution by the City of Las Vegas in July of 2015. Apparently, city prosecutors over-looked the memo from the Legal Aid Society of Southern Nevada: “Help our client evade Child Support, Excuse all non-felony crimes. Ignore the children. Help her!!! She is a blue-eyed, and blond.
