According to its public website, The Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada State Gaming Control Board govern “Nevada’s gaming industry through strict regulation of all persons, locations, practices, associations and related activities.” It is the responsibility of the Nevada Gaming Commission and the State Gaming Control Board govern to protect tourists, residents, gaming patrons, and U.S. citizens from reprehensible acts or practices of moral turpitude from gaming establishments that hold gaming licenses. It is understood that selling or soliciting the sale of Narcotics, or soliciting prostitution services, or associating with persons whom have a criminal or immoral record should be prohibited for any Nevada entity that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Nevada Gaming Commission or the Nevada State Gaming Control Board. No person with a criminal record of any type can be trusted when around humans or children. Legitimate businesses that care about the safety and security of customers, and the integrity of its slot machines, conduct background checks of all employees, and all persons who appear as “performers.”

In many ways, the Hard Hat Lounge and Christopher Sicuso are a perfect pairing of of perverted-minded persons. The HardHat Lounge is in a seedy area of Las Vegas frequented by the air of prostitutes. Despite a criminal record, Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso) has performed at The HardHat Lounge, LLC, the Velveteen Rabbit, the Las Vegas Beauty Bar, and other Nevada businesses that apparently have no concern for the safety and security of their paying customers. If you are visitor to Las Vegas, you should avoid businesses that DO NOT PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS EMPLOYEES OR PERFORMERS. Mass killings of patrons, suicides, and any number of possible events are possible when dealing with criminsls. Remember James Holmes? What about Dylan Roof? Only legitimate Las Vegas businesses perform detailed background checks. As a prosepctive customer, you must weigh the importnce of your safety vs. the business integrity of the business. Any business that devalues your safety and security over the hiring of cheap entertainers with criminal records then that is a business you may want to avoid.

Nevada Gaming Commission Ignores Criminal Record and Background of HardHat Lounge, LLC “performer” Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso). Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso) has a serious criminal record (NARCOTICS, CR012278-09; POLICE DEPARTMENT INCIDENT NUMBER 09007955). Christopher Sicuso Sr. was charged with a Domestic Battery offense NLVPD (CR007673-14 ) in December of 2014. Numerous white Americans had no problem protesting the domestic violence cases related to Las Vegas local Floyd Mayweather. Many Americans, and local Las Vegas residents even protested the appearances of Michael Vick. However, there is no similar protest related to the Sicuso family record of Domesic Violence.

Contrary to the false, deceptive, misleading, and empty rhetoric published on its website, there is tangible evidence that the Nevada Gaming Commission is misleading the public about how strict its alleged policies are. In fact, the Nevada Gaming Commission is only as strict as the subject it pursues. According to Las Vegas City Business Licensing agents, Christopher Sicuso, and his promotional company Behind City Lights are considered as ‘performers’ although they clearly market themselves as DJS. Behind City Lights promotes a platform of unlicensed DJS/performers. The public and tax payers are being prostituted by both the Nevada Gaming Commission and the City of Las Vegas Business Licensing because neither one of these agencies is willing to enforce licensing requirements.

Moral Character of HardHat Lounge, LLC “performer” or DJ Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso)

The moral character of HardHat Lounge, LLC “performer” Christopher Sicuso is also an issue. There is extensive evidence linking Christopher Sisuco to public profanity and word filth. According to the Nevada prostitute he solicited, Christopher Sicuso shares the same residence with Christopher Sicuso Sr. Information obtained from a Nevada prostitute he solicited highly suggests that he was using the Facebook account of Christopher Sicuso Sr. to send and receive chat messages with a Nevada prostitute or married mother of minor children. The Nevada prostitute often sent messages to the Facebook account of “Christopher Sicuso Sr” although there is no evidence that she actually met a “Christopher Sicuso Sr.” There is extensive evidence that she met Christopher Sicuso, and frequently communicated with him.

After meeting Christopher Sicuso at Impact Sign and Graphics, LLC, the Nevada prostitute later claimed she “loved him”, and subsequently she became consumed by drugs and mental instability. She abandoned her children, cut-off the electricity to her own children’s home, emotionally abused her own children to impress and to win favor with Christopher Sicuso.

It is no surprise that Christopher Sicuso Sr. may have attacked and beat the younger Christopher Sicuso when information about his illicit relationship with a Nevada prostitute became public, and how the relationship to her adversely affected the emotional well-being of two minor children. The children had no control of the perverted lusts of two subhumans, both of whom are ashamed of each other.

Criminal Record of HardHat Lounge, LLC “Performer” Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso) Stored in National and Local Crime Databases, and his Negative Influence.

Christopher Sicuso does not like public discussion of his criminal record, or allegations that he solicited a prostitute old enough to be his grandmother. After meeting Christopher Sicuso, and members of the Sicuso and Siri Puckdee family, a mother with minor children became a prostitute, and a reputed drug addict. The same female friend of Christopher Sicuso abandoned her children after meeting the Puckdee family and Christopher Sicuso. Despite these character issues, The Hard Hat Lounge LLC does not seem to care. In fact, if Christopher Sicuso served poisonous drinks to patrons, or supplied them with drugs, do not be surprised is he is even promoted to a higher position.

Regardless of their attempts to prevent public disclosure of his criminal record, the criminal record of HardHat Lounge, LLC business partner or alleged “performer” or alleged “DJ” Astro Gold (a/k/a/ Christopher Sicuso) is stored in both National and Local Crime Databases. The criminal record of Christopher Sicuso is stored in the database of the F.B.I., the U.S. Department of Justice, and all local police departments. He may also be banned from Nellis Air Force Base as well, since the U.S. military is no friend to criminals. On the other hand, The HardHat Lounge and/or Behind City Lights have produced promotional literature related to appearances by Astro Gold at The HardHat Lounge, LLC.

Christopher Sicuso performs in public places where slot machines and/or alcohol is being served to moral and clean humans. However, Christopher Sicuso apparently refuses to obtain a City of Las Vegas Business license, and the Nevada Gaming Commission Ignores the Criminal Record of a person doing business with the HardHat Lounge, LLC. Timothy McViegh and other terrorists would love to know how lax the City of Las Vegas is in enforcing its licensing laws, and how they could exploit the weakness of corrupt licensing agents to their advantage.

Nevada Gaming Commission is authorized to investigate Relationship of Suspicious Persons Associated with Hard Hat Lounge, LLC, and others.

Christopher Sicuso (a/k/a Astro Gold) seems to act like a human roach. Everywhere he crawls, it seems to get more dirty or more offensive. He has made appearances at the Hard Hat Lounge despite having a criminal record, and no business license. He is promoted by Behind City Lights (an entity owned or controlled by a member of the Sicuso family that also does not have any business license). He crawled into a relationship with a married mother with minor children while both worked at Impact Sign & Graphics, LLC. He deliberately acted as her Supervisor to get close to her. He even insisted that he would hand-deliver to her her payroll check before she insisted on Direct Deposit to avoid his advances. After an illicit relationship with Sicuso was exposed, she was promptly divorced. Now, the same formerly married mother feels too dirty to want her children to see her.

Despite his criminal record, his lousy music, his meager fan base, and having no license whatsoever, Christopher Sicuso has made appearances at The 21 Lounge, Velveteen Rabbit, The Hard Hat Lounge, The Vanguard Lounge, The Las Vegas Beauty Bar, and other Nevada businesses that either sale alcohol or use slot machines. The Nevada Gaming Commission needs to keep its words and promises as claimed on its website. On its website, the public is informed by the following statement: “The Nevada Gaming Commission and the State Gaming Control Board govern Nevada’s gaming industry through strict regulation of all persons, locations, practices, associations and related activities.” The Nevada Gaming Commission ignores valid complaints, and protects suspected drug dealers associated with gaming establishments. Despite its statuatory authority, the Nevada Gaming Commission is simply another Nevada Prostitute. It simply can’t be trusted to enforce gaming laws.

  1. The Nevada Gaming Commission is authorized under Nev. Gaming Comm’n. Reg. 3.010(4), (5), and (7) to adjudicate and investigate issues concerning the Hard Hat Lounge, LLC, and other Nevada gaming companies when it comes to suspicious persons doing business with licensed slot operators and/or businesses that serve alcohol.
  2. Despite adverse character evidence, and a public criminal record related to the subject of Narcotics, Astro Gold/Christopher Sicuso and his unlicensed Behind City Lights.Com promotional company are routine performers at The Hard Hat Lounge, LLC, and other Nevada slot operators. The Nevada Gaming Commission has been made aware of these suspicious partnerships but has yet to take any action;
  3. The Public is losing confidence in the Hard Hat Lounge, LLC, and business establishments where Astro Gold performs at. A free-speech comment posted on a Hard Hat Lounge FaceBook page related to its association with Christopher Sicuso resulted in a meritless complaint against the poster. What is more dangerous? A criminal associated with a Gaming company or a person exercising their free-speech rights!
  4. That Behind City LIghts.Com is an unlicensed Promoter owned by the Sicuso family that operates within the jurisdiction of Las Vegas, Nevada, and that it is a frequent supplier of other unlicensed “performers” and DJs to desperate Nevada businesses seeking cheap “talent”;
  5. That the main reason that Nevada businesses may use the DJ services of Astro Gold/Christopher Sicuso is because of his criminal record related to Narcotics, or his association with persons suspected of ill-repute;
  6. That the Nevada Gaming Commission is afraid of the Sicuso family, and is intimidated by the criminal record of Christopher Sicuso (a.k.a. Astro Gold)
